Amanda's third single and title track to her newly released album, Open Road, is a road trip anthem about moving on and following your dreams. 

The song moves from a hypnotic verse that lifts into an anthemic chorus encouraging you to ‘chase that dream, follow that star…. take that chance, set it free….. the world is yours…. life is the Open Road’.

This song is an invitation to join Amanda on the Open Road as she intends to tour over the coming year up and down the east coast of Australia and into regional areas.

The title says it all, it’s a big break-up song and it packs a punch. With the second single from newly released album,  Amanda tells a powerful story she knows many will relate to.

“This song came from a very real place of realising how exhausted I was from trying to make a relationship work for a long time, finding my own worth and finally calling it quits”

‘A Thousand Goodbyes’ has already received nominations in the International Songwriting Competition, Unsigned Only, and shortlisted for the ASA contest 2024, all before its official release.

This track is spacious and luscious, the guitars drip with emotion that build and support Amanda’s vulnerable yet determined vocals. You can feel the heartbreak in every lyric and her message hits the listener right where it should.
